the staff was helpful. the 24/7 coffee machine was especially convenient! the water pressure in the shower was strong.

I must say the location was handy to the station, yet my room faced the tracks. trains rumbled past at all hours, sleep was difficult to get. the bathroom size was also a problem. It was small. i had difficulty turning around without bumping into something. the shower temperature was also inconsistent making it hard to shower properly

checking in early was greatly appreciated, I was able to access my room earlier than expected. The cleanliness of the room stood out and provided a very cute environment. i noticed also the stay was comfortable and met my needs adequately.
the noise from the train track outside WAS somewhat disruptive, making it difficult to sleep soundly.

the location was unbeatable. being so close to victoria station made getting around simple. the staff was amazing and were very good too assist with all my needs (they even helped me with my heavy luggage!).
the room i had was quite small. it made managing two large suitcases a bit difficult.
